The Cogitantes include translators with just these qualities, for translations into English, from French, German and Russian (more languages coming as our business grows). For translations out of English, we have reciprocal links with qualified translators for each language, who provide native-speaker backup. When a translation into a language other than English is prepared by one of our translators, it is carefully checked - at our expense - by a native speaker, assessing both accuracy and naturalness, before we’ll call the job done.
We are comfortable working into UK, US or Canadian English (at this time - more regional variants as they become available), using whatever widely-used style guide you would prefer*. We can provide translations of commercial, academic, personal, creative or technical texts. Estimates for both time and cost available on request.
